How much does shipping cost?
USA: Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is a low $5 flat rate.
REST OF THE WORLD: Free tracked shipping for orders over $99. For orders less than $99 shipping is $10 flat rate.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send an email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders should take approx. 2-5 business days to arrive.
International orders should take about 6-12 business days.
Transit times do not account for any courier specific delays that might arise.
Please note that due to COVID-19 couriers are experiencing delays and shipments are taking longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Will I have to pay any international fees or duties?
Only in a few cases might a shipment incur in import duties and taxes please contact your customs office to determine if there will be any fees. Please note we have no control over additional fees that might arise due to specific custom regulations in other countries, you are responsible for any additional charges if they occur.
If you decide to not accept a delivery due to a customs issue we will provide you with a refund minus a stocking fee.
Can I return the jewelry?
Of course! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, or simply need a different size, you may return or exchange your unworn jewelry up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
How do I return the jewelry?
Within 30 days of receiving your order, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order information, stating you wish to return or exchange your jewelry, and we will send you an email with instructions. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping - we suggest something with tracking and insurance equal to the value of your order, to avoid incurring losses during transit.
For returns, please let us know the reason why you are returning your order, as we love to listen to our customers in order to further improve our products.
For exchanges, please let us know the correct size that you need, and we’ll be happy to take care of it.
When can I expect my refund?
As soon as we have received your jewelry and verified it is in unworn / new condition, we will initiate the refund in the purchase price of the item (shipping costs excluded). Our receipt inspection process normally takes 1-3 days after receipt of goods on our end.
What is your Jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made from a range of the following quality materials: Sterling Silver 925 or 18k white, yellow or rose thick plated Gold over Sterling or fine Silver. Our thick plating process will keep your jewelry beautiful for a long time.
What kinds of stones do you offer?
We carry genuine certified precious and semiprecious stones, such as Aquamarine, Moonstone and Opal. We use top grade AAA Zirconia alongside our natural stones.
Will my jewelry tarnish ?
Any jewelry made with copper such as Sterling Silver and rose Gold can tarnish with time. This is part of the normal properties of natural minerals. If your jewelry is tarnished, it can be brought back to its shiny self with a polishing cloth.
How should I care for my jewelry?
The best way to care for your jewelry is to refrain from physical or cleaning activities while wearing them. Warm water and soap is a good mild cleaning agent with which to clean your jewelry periodically. Please visit our jewelry care guide for further information.
