What happens after I purchase a gift card ?

You will receive two emails one confirming your purchase and another one with your gift card on it. Just click on View Gift Card to see the number assigned to your Gift Card.

 

I got a gift card through email. How do I redeem it?

Copy the code on your gift card and input on the Gift Card/ Offer code box at checkout.

 

I misplaced my gift card or never received it. How can I get the code again? 

Please make sure you keep the email where you have your gift card so you are able to see the code needed to redeem at checkout.

 

What is the Expiration date of my gift Card?

Gift Cards have no Expiration Date. 

 

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.


Can I use more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.


Can I use a gift card to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.


Can I use a gift card to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.


Can I use my gift card with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment and can be combined with discount codes.

 

Can I apply a refund to a gift card?

Yes. If you used a gift card to pay for the purchase, then you can apply the refund to the gift card.

If you used multiple forms of payment the refund will be applied to each payment method respectively.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, we cannot reload a gift card.
