We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All eligible items must be returned within 5 days after receiving the return address from us. Items returned after this time period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please package the item in the packaging it was received and take a picture of the return for your records in case something gets lost in the mail.

Damages and issues
We asses all our orders prior to shipment to make sure everything we ship to our customers is in top condition. It is the customers responsibility to check items upon arrival. If there is a case where something is broken or defective please take a picture and contact us so we can initiate a return request.
You will be responsible for the cost to ship the piece back to us however, if you exchange it for something else we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.
We use natural gemstones in some of our jewelry which means some of the stones have inclusions which adds to the natural beauty of the piece. We don’t consider them defects therefore, it does not make them eligible for defective items returns policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, final sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
